• You must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the system.
• Uploading malicious content or software.
• Sharing your login credentials with unauthorized persons.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software within Nexore Global CRM are the proprietary property of Nexore Global and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nexore Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
