- Refunds are not applicable for monthly renewals after the 7-day window.

- Add-on services or one-time setup charges.
- Subscriptions after the trial period has been used.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at billing@nexoreglobal.com with your order ID, registered email, and reason for the refund request. Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
